The attached policy outlines the requirement under assessment/reassessment.

The Continental Division has recently updated the Nursing Meditech Menu.  The Menu will be standardized across the Division: same menu, same numbers, same status board, etc. for all facilities in Continental Division.

The RN will be expected to verify the patch is on the patient and document the verification. The planned Go-Live in the Continental Division is 11/26/2019.
