Amended Contact Precautions for MRSA and VRE

In continuous effort to conserve PPE, HCA no longer requires contact isolation precautions for patient who are colonized with or have history of MRSA or VRE. This directive does NOT affect active MRSA or VRE infections, patient with active drains or open wounds or patient on contact isolation with other MDR organisms.
