The physician order was Norco 2 Tablets PO Q4hours PRN for pain level 7-10 and Norco 1 tablet PO Q 4hours PRN for pain level 4-6. The correct administration for patient Smith would be Norco 2 Tablets PO Q4hours PRN for pain level 7-10.
